Are You Like I Used To Be?
I’m now nearly 25 years old and I have been overweight nearly all my life. I’m sure you can imagine how bad my time was at college and especially at high school.
As a child, when I was out playing and running around with my friends, I would always fail to keep up with them physically and always be the first to become out of breathe. This brought on a lot of ridicule, resulting in a very low self esteem.

The obesity problem caused a real boom!
