Life sure is very hard today. It’s hard to sit down, standing up. Why, it’s even harder to do almost anything and do you know the reason why? No, it’s not the problem of financial decline. You put pressure on your rear end when you move your bowel thus, stretching those anal or rectal veins which will tear them apart. And because you’re very busy with your daily tasks and responsibilities, you go all through the day with minimal amount of water or no water at all and don’t tell anyone that you’re not doing this. And to top it all, you live a very idle lifestyle. You become the couch potato, the jiggling gummy bear jelly, the blob or the fat carrier.
