There has been a lot of dispute lately in the fitness world over a particular portable fitness equipment called the Bowflex TreadClimber.
Supposedly, you can get great results using this machine without having to resort to grueling thigh exercises for your fitness quest like running, due to the fact that the Bowflex TreadClimber’s unique use of a mixture of a combination of movements.

Whatever the reason, many recent studies have already shown that more people than ever before are getting involved in personal fitness and more of them are choosing to purchase home exercise equipment in order to achieve their goals rather than the expense of joining a gym. There are a lot of people who are looking for various different ways to eat healthy and live long. There are many different natural foods you can use to eat healthy. One of the best things you can do is to actually eat three meals a day.
Sure I know many of us do not have time in the morning and many of us substitute that morning breakfast for a cup of coffee, but it just doesn’t work that way. So maybe we need to wake up even just 10-15 minutes earlier to be able to grab that quick breakfast in the morning. There maybe some sacrifices along the way that we have to make.
Having a healthy heart is very important to live long. Heart disease is a silent killer that accounts for many deaths. High cholesterol is a risk factor that you want to avoid. heart healthy foods can help reduce the risk of dying from cardiovascular disease.
As I mentioned eating three meals a day is a huge bonus. Another big thing too is to of course drink water. Water is great for our bodies. It helps to flush out all of the bad toxins. Okay I know, for some people they do not like water. It has a bland taste, its okay, I get it. Okay so now your beginning to eat healthy and live long, but you know what else will work wonders for you now? Honestly, exercise. Now I’m not talking about heading off to the gym and working out for an hour. I am talking about even taking a walk after work. Do you have a dog? Take your dog out for a walk after work will work out fine. There are also other ways you can help to get in some good exercise. Maybe you will like aerobics? Or maybe you are just the type of person who does like going to the gym that works too.
So there you have it, some tips and tricks to create a healthy eating plan on how to eat healthy and live long. Not as bad as it seems now is it? Just remember to eat plenty of fresh fruits, grains and vegetables.
Know what to stay away from and make sure to get some exercise. You will notice a difference after a week or more. You will begin to feel better, more energized, and you will absolutely love it.

Did you realize that the American Heart Association recommends implementing a plan for prevention of heart attack by the age of 20? How many people do you know in their 20’s that are really thinking about the prevention of a heart attack? The sad truth is that there are an increasing number of people that have their first heart attack by the age of 40. For many of those individuals the life style habits that are formed in their early years are directly contributing to those heart attacks. Foods high in fat, refined sugars and diets lacking the basic nutrients that our bodies need to operate at an optimal level are all contributing factors.
I’m sure that it is not new news to you that America’s number one killer is Heart Disease. But what you may not have realized is that it does not work alone. Heart Disease is part of a group of killers including improper nutrition, obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, atherosclerosis, and the lack of exercise. While heart disease may be the one that most often kills an individual it could just as easily be cancer or a stroke. The final cause of death really doesn’t matter because they are all capable of beating the system: our immune system, cell damage caused by the free-radicals, on and on the list goes. The good news is that you can fight back.
The American Heart Association’s plan on reducing and/or preventing heart disease and all of the closely related diseases could probably be summed up by saying eat healthier (including nutrient rich foods, fruits and vegetables), get more exercise, limit how much saturated fat, trans fat and cholesterol you eat, avoid tobacco, reduce the number of beverages and foods with refined sugars, lean meats and poultry without skin, and have fish a couple of times per week.

One of the biggest challenges that we face on a day to day basis is getting the basic nutrients into our bodies to optimize our systems. Those base nutrients come in the form of vitamins and minerals. Many of you reading this probably take some form of a multivitamin and that is a great start. Soy and soybeans appear to have taken the modern world by storm. Every day new products emerge from the grocery store promoting soy-based products for their healthful benefits. The advantages of soy products can’t be emphasized enough because they are much more than just another supplement. Soy has been proven by the FDA to assist in combating heart disease, the number one killer in America.
Reduce the Risk of Heart Disease
As a matter of fact, the Food and Drug Administration accepted and acknowledged soy for lowering cholesterol prior to the turn of the twenty-first century. Their claim, in particular, was that a small addition of the soy protein to the consumer diet, at least 25 grams, could reduce the risk of heart disease.
