We may do not really concern to the fact that there are lot of people in the United States country die caused by the heart diseases. According to some researches and studies, there are around 30 % of the people in America due to heart disease. This is a hard fact that proves that this disease is one of the dangers that are prevailing in our community.
The good news is there are a lot of things we can do to avoid us from having heart attacks. However, if there are a lot of things to avoid it, then why are people still not making use of these methods? It may be due to the reason that they may be either unaware of this or they don’t really care about their own life.
Now, let’s discuss how does heart attack happen in human beings.
A person can get heart attack when the blood that contain oxygen cannot reach the heart. But how does that be possible? Yes, it is possible. You may not be aware but sometimes, there are ordinary exercises that are not good for your body at all or won’t give you good results. Take for example, when you are trying to lose fats and getting physically fit, you can’t just put on your jogging clothes and jog to your heart’s delight just to sweat it out. Remember, there are right exercises for the right kind of physical irregularity for every right kind of people. The point here is you just don’t do strenuous exercise like jogging for about an hour to lose weight when you have a heart problem. Imagine what would happen to you while you are out there running around and suddenly somebody turned off the lights? That would be bad news for you and your whole family. Heart sickness is one of the leading causes of death in both men and women around the world. While many people fret about cancer or Alzheimer, hundreds of thousands of men and women around the world die of heart disease before they get to the age when Alzheimer becomes a problem.
Living in today’s world, one cannot help but hear stories of high blood pressure, heart attacks and other such problems related to the cardio-vascular system. However, these stories are so common that we no longer take them as seriously as we should and end up suffering from the diseases that we ignored.
Smoking is bad for you; everybody knows that.
Actually, smoking is high on the list of lifestyle choice that you should avoid if you value your health and, ultimately, your life. Among other bad things, smoking is the leading cause for high blood pressure and its consequences:

-damage to the eyes and
-kidney failure.

And the third thing that you can do for yourself in order to stay healthy and avoid a while bunch of trips to the hospital is to follow a healthy diet and to exercise a couple of days every week.
A healthy diet does not mean that you have to give up all the foods that you love, but simply to eat in moderation and to replace fast food and snacks with fruit and vegetables. There are healthy alternatives to nearly everything.
And exercising doesn’t necessarily mean pumping iron at the gym. Walking or thirty minutes of aerobic exercises every other day can make a huge difference later on.
It really doesn’t take that much to lead a healthy life and get rid of bad lifestyle choices, especially since you’re doing this for your own good. Think again before lighting another cigarette, drinking another glass of alcohol or reaching out for a bag of snacks.
We are living in a culture that makes instant gratification very easy, but having to spend years worrying about your blood pressure later on is simply not worth it.

Cholesterol is essential to life and is used by every single cell in the human body. Some people are genetically predisposed to a high cholesterol level but diet and lifestyle changes can help to lower cholesterol naturally. Cholesterol is a white flaky substance , different from other waxy substances. Cholesterol is produced by the liver and is found in bile which helps to digest fatty foods in the intestine. Cholesterol is found in human blood and brain tissue. It is also found in arteries that has plaque buildup. Significant changes occur in the arterial walls during the process of plaque buildup. The actual hardening is due to the formation of bone tissue in the arterial wall. This hardening is referred to as atherosclerosis or the hardening of the arteries. Fat and cholesterol work their way into the artery wall to produce the dreaded build up of plaque.
Obviously the main role of cholesterol in the body is not the production of a heart attack. Cholesterol is produced by the liver for several vital purposes.

Cholesterol is also required for the formation of Vitamin D and for the hormone testosterone estrogen, progesterone and cortisol. However, in our modern “fat and calorie overload” we consume far more than our bodies can use.
