It’s so easy to snack on candy, cookies, chocolate, etc., etc., through the holiday season!! People are baking and sharing these wonderful treats.
Please keep in mind that there are lots of folks around us that may not be able to eat these desserts. They may be dieting or have some other medical reason for not being able to partake of such goodies.
Have some healthy snacks around the house when entertaining. Fresh veggies, fruits, or raw nuts are always a big hit with the health conscious crowd. And if you need to seriously think about gifts for any health groupies, organic nut and dried fruit baskets are always a delight.
