Be mentally prepared if you are going to attend a party. Be sure that you stay away of overeating. Try small portions of party foods and remember your goal to loose weight fast and healthy.

Reward yourself. After you have had a great day or achieved success in something plan a reward to yourself. You may get pedicure or go to beauty salon to do a new haircut. It does not matter what you will do but you should do something that not only help you look better, but also make you feel better.
