Did you ever imagine that you could lose weight by drinking tea? You will be surprised to know that it is true. Yes indeed! This might be better than all the ‘lose-weight diet‘ craze. I too was rather surprised that one could actually lose weight this way. Yet not just any tea will promote weight loss. A unique kind of tea is available to help you take off pounds. The special tea is called green tea. green tea weight loss is not a temporary weight loss, but has a lasting effect. I learnt about it from my father-in-law.
While he was in Japan he had the opportunity to attend one of the ever popular tea ceremonies that is performed there. He found that the Japanese use this tea to remain slim and trim. Not only do you lose weight by drinking this tea, but it has a fantastic flavour too. It is gaining in popularity all over the world and soon the weight loss pills which are available in the market will be out of fashion and people will turn to green tea to help them lose weight. Are you trying to shed some pounds, but aren’t sure which diet will work best for you?
There is no big secret to loosing weight. There is not a miracle pill or a snake oil that will make you loose weight and keep it off. If losing weight is your goal, there are 2 simple rules one must follow, starting with, eating less.
2. Move more. What should you eat less of? Try to avoid foods that don’t have nutritional benefits like, carbs, fat and refined sugar that is packed with calories. This is not to imply that you must cut out all fats and carbs; you just need to make smarter food selections. For example, eat your burger without the bun and skip the mayonnaise. Instead of having fries as a side, munch on some carrot sticks.
A few simple changes in your eating habits will make a big difference. The biggest excuse for not exercising is that you don’t have time. We should all determine that our wellness is sufficiently significant to set aside time to workout. Don’t ride the bus, use your feet. Wake up a half hour earlier each day to get in some exercise or go for a stroll. Once you arrive at your job or college, park your car at the greatest distance in the lot and then start walking. Follow these easy rules and before long, you will find that you are leaner. I had put on a lot of weight over the past six months since the time I stopped smoking.
Instead of choosing to smoke I ate instead. Six months and 18 pounds later I noticed that my pants didn’t fit quite right. One day my wife told me that I must do something about it as it was not good to be so fat. I quickly noted that I was eating without a reason, I was not hungry. Because I was not excercising at all I needed to at least change my diet. I also took the decision to burn the fat by doing regular exercise. I took membership in our neighborhood gym and decided to go for an hour’s workout every day.
My mind was made up. I had to return to the shape I was in earlier. Whatever happens, I won’t miss attending the fitness center for a single day.
