Do you ever wake up during sleep experiencing panic symptoms? You wake up in shock like a fire alarm has gone off in your head. You feel dazed, confused and terrified like something awful has just happened. Your body is trembling, you’re in a cold sweat and your heart is raging.

Worries and fears become magnified and the mind learns to be in a permanent state of negativity and anxiety. The way we behave and act is formed from past and present experiences.

A person with panic disorder has an overactive and hypersensitive nervous system. A sufferer is likely to experience frequent tiredness. They might experience odd sensations such as tingling, hot flashes, chills and generally irritable. Many sufferers might not even know that they’re having panic symptoms.

Relaxation doesn’t come easily and they always feel uneasy and on egde. Their emotions might change frequently. Also they might have thoughts of worry and apprehension like something bad is going to happen.

Panic symptoms can be hard to bear, but there is help as well as simple changes to your lifestyle that can make a difference. Make sure that you don’t drink anything with caffeine or alcohol close to bedtime as this can increase the risk of panic attacks.

Make time to relax properly before sleep. Stress and anxiety can build up from the day which makes it difficult to sleep. Slow breathing exercises can help you release physical and mental tension. You can release a lot of pent up stress and anxiety from physical exercise also.

Watching comedies and having sex is a great way to take advantage of the body’s natural feel good chemical known as endorphin.
