Muscle Building In 3 Easy Steps Available Now

We all like to have a nice body whether your a male or female. To do this we have to learn how to burn fat and build muscle. There is a select few of us who want to take it to the next level and simply get jacked. The quickest way to build overall mass is through 3 well known exercises. Below I’ll go over exactly what these are.

Before we begin though, I want to introduce you to a technique that many people are unaware of that’s highly effective. If you really want to pack on mass you have to utilize compound exercises. Compound movements utilize the most muscle fibers leading to more muscle gain. An example of this type of routine would be the bench press followed by the dumbbell row. To put it simply, a push and pull movement with a short period of rest in between. Now on to the exercises.

Exercise 1. The Squat - Working the lower body has never been a favorite for most people. This is unfortunate because many people look just plain silly with a big upper body and a small lower body. The squat is vital for anyone looking to pack on mass for the lower body. Squats work the quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves all at the same time. This should be a cornerstone of any leg routine.

Exercise 2. The Bench Press - Unlike the squat, the bench press is among the favorite movements for people who want to build mass. Let’s face it, every guy wants a big barrel chest to not only impress the opposite sex but his buddies in the gym. Even though the bench press is a chest exercise, other muscles get benefits like the triceps, shoulders and a little bit of the biceps.

Exercise 3. The Dumbbell Row - The last mass building exercise is focused on the back. The dumbbell row will give you the broad look that many people are looking for. This exercise focuses on the back but also works the traps, rear shoulders and biceps. This is a great compliment to the bench press.

If your really looking to put on mass quickly then these 3 exercises are a must in your routine. The movements are nothing new and have been around since exercise began but they continue to work the best. Even if you want to simply build muscle and burn fat these exercises will work great. If by chance that is your focus, all you have to do is use less weight when doing these movements. Just be sure that you use these exercises in your weekly routine.
